What this site is
IndianProcessedFood.com is a sourcing directory. We list Indian exporters of frozen, dehydrated, ready-to-eat, and other processed food, and route buyer sourcing briefs to exporters matching the relevant category. We are not a marketplace: we do not process payments, hold inventory, act as an import/export agent, or become a party to any contract between a buyer and an exporter.
Verification — what it means and its limits
We take reasonable steps to confirm listed exporters hold the certifications and registrations shown on their profile — including checking FSSAI licenses, APEDA registration, and relevant food safety certifications against the documents provided and, where possible, public registries. This verification is a diligence check, not a guarantee. We do not independently audit production quality, financial standing, or ongoing compliance, and certifications can lapse or change after a profile is published. Any contract you enter into with an exporter is between you and that exporter — you are responsible for your own due diligence before placing an order.
No liability for buyer–exporter transactions
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any product sourced through an exporter listed on this site, or for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction between a buyer and an exporter. Any such dispute is between the buyer and the exporter directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in a sourcing brief
- Use the site to scrape, resell, or republish exporter data at scale without permission
- Attempt to disrupt or circumvent the site's normal operation
Intellectual property
Site content — including layout, design, and journal articles — belongs to Indpotato Private Limited unless otherwise credited. Exporter names, product details, and certifications are provided by or verified with the respective exporters.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indpotato Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
